Nowadays the technology is repaidly growing. Although you are IT specialist, you may not know everything. Updated technologies are always coming. So, at that time, you need to update your knowledge too. If you don't learn, your knowledge won't be update. You have to challenge the technology. You have to fight with the technology in this era. This is a sort of battle field between you and technology.
